We break-down our MTSC risk control process into four phases for each engagement.  The insured, business owner, trade association, etc.  that we are examining is labeled the "risk".

Discovery & Proposal Phase

We contact the risk and, if the work scope is insurance related, their agent as well; to familiarize ourselves with their operation.  For the insurance market, Agency “buy-in” is very important.  We examine Dec Pages, Loss Runs, and any Special Attentions and/or Requests you might have.

We then send you a proposal with a guaranteed maximum charge, for your review and approval.

Risk Control Service Phase Phases of Risk Control

Our team performs the service as proposed.  We examine exposures, past losses, OSHA compliance, HR policies, and any other related business practices and/or policies.

Service Reporting Phase

A Risk Control Report is submitted to you and all interested parties.  Recommendations are included as discussed with the principal.

Follow-Up

Service is in accordance with need.  Many risks do not need yearly service.  After the initial risk assessment & training, every 2 – 3 years may be fine for some risks.  Risks with many recommendation implementations may need more frequent visits up front to get them on the right track.
