GISA can comprise three distinct components: Field (Field Representatives), Office (Management, Quality Control, other departments), and Customer End-User); or be "compressed" into a hybrid depending upon your needs. GISA has various levels of functionality which can be customized to integrate / interface with your existing workflow systems including imaging systems and legacy systems within a main / mini-frame environment.

GISA is outlined as an Inspection / Premium Audit / Risk Control / Underwriting tool but the GISA platform can be used in other insurance environments, such as Claims, as well as the Non-Insurance Market, including government services and private industry. GISA workflow is applicable for any environment requiring data collection, management, and reporting. GISA can be obtained at a variety of levels; as a platform or starting point with no content through full pre-configured content. All levels and components are scalable and we can help you use these components to design and implement your own content and workflow.
